Abstract

It is common knowledge that Muhammadiyah schools are developing in several areas, from kindergarten to university. However, problems occur in several places. When the organizational infrastructure is weak, the growth of Education AUM cannot develop well. This research was conducted to determine the dynamics and problems of managing Muhammadiyah's charitable efforts in education in the Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah in Depok City. This is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach in the Sukmajaya and Cimanggis sub-districts, Depok City. The results of the research found that the problems of Muhammadiyah da'wah faced by the leaders of the Cimanggis and Sukmajaya Muhammadiyah branches were significantly correlated with the efforts of Muhammadiyah leaders in establishing and managing charities in the education sector, so they have not experienced growth and development to date.
